We are proud to announce our official partnership with American Veteran Care Connection (AVCC). This collaboration allows us to better support veterans and their surviving spouses by helping them access financial assistance for home care services that honor their service and help them live safely and comfortably at home.

We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve signed a contract with American Veteran Care Connection (AVCC). Now, you can refer veterans or their surviving spouses to AVCC to explore their eligibility for financial assistance with home care services.

How It Works:

Refer a Veteran or Surviving Spouse: Use our company referral form or contact us directly to initiate the referral.
Telephone Screening: The AVCC team will conduct a telephone screening to determine eligibility.
Approval Process: If approved, AVCC will manage all necessary paperwork with the VA. Once confirmed, they will return the information to us so we can provide the required home care services. Important: All billing is handled directly through AVCC.

How to Send a Referral:

Eligibility Criteria:

Veterans and their spouses may qualify for up to $39,528 a year to cover home care expenses. We’re here to make the process simple and supportive. You may be eligible if you:

You are a veteran who served at least 90 days on active duty, with at least one day served during wartime
You are the surviving spouse of an eligible veteran
You currently need help at home with daily activities like bathing, dressing, or mobility
